Paul Clark Launches Bellevue City Council Campaign at Packed Kickoff Event

Bellevue, WA – Paul Clark officially launched his campaign for Bellevue City Council on March 31st at the Bellevue Hilton. The kickoff event drew community leaders, local business owners, and engaged residents from across the city – people who care deeply about Bellevue’s future and are committed to making it even better.

“The strong turnout really shows how invested our neighbors are in shaping Bellevue’s future,” said Clark. “I’m humbled by the support we’ve received and inspired to keep building on this momentum as this campaign moves forward.”

In his remarks, Clark outlined a forward-looking vision focused on strong public safety, responsible growth, expanding housing opportunities, increasing and improving transportation options, and supporting Bellevue businesses of all sizes. Attendees responded positively to his emphasis on practical, community-driven leadership.

Katie E., a Bellevue resident, shared her thoughts: “Paul is exactly the kind of leader we need on the council – approachable, grounded, and genuinely eager to listen.”

Event speaker David Lai also spoke to Clark’s record of service, recalling how Clark championed his efforts to expand pickleball access as a member of the Parks and Community Services Board. “Paul listens, follows through, and makes things happen,” Lai said.
